In 2020, we understood the difficulties and challenges that many individuals and companies faced in the wake of the pandemic. The rising unemployment numbers and mass layoffs left many talented individuals without work, while businesses are struggling to fill important positions. That's where Hello Recruit was born! Our founder, Lauren Winter, is passionate about connecting skilled job seekers with local businesses in need. She grew up in Albuquerque, New Mexico, and now calls Fort Collins, Colorado home with her husband and two dogs.
